Fatal Motor Accident - Computation of term "just compensation" within meaning of Section 168 - The term "just compensation" has to be considered in the light of the changing societal condition as also the perks which are paid to the employee - Further held - The amounts which were required to be paid to the deceased by his employer by way of perks, should be included for computation of his monthly income.
