Owner himself driving the motor vehicle when accident occurred - It resulted in death of owner - Award compensation of Rs. 1.25 lakh upheld - Contention of Insurance Company that insurance policy was issued for "paid driver" and not for "owner" who also happened to drive the vehicle himself at the time of the accident - Contention turned down - Held - Taking note of the peculiar fact that the claimants have lost their only breadwinner, Supreme Court declined to interfere with the concurrent orders of the Tribunal as well as the High Court.
