Motor Accident Claim - Compensation - Disability - Notional income - High Court was of the view that the income of the appellant should have been assessed on the basis of notional income - Appellant entitled to Rs. 1,95,000/- as loss in earning capacity - High Court enhanced the amount of compensation by an amount of Rs. 65,000 - Since appellant owned the land it cannot be said that there is a total loss of income due to the injury suffered by the appellant - Amount of compensation on the basis of the notional income cannot be faulted with.
