Matrimonial dispute - Settlement between parties - On payment of Rs. 5,00,000/- by husband to proceeding under Sections 498-A, 406 and 120-B Indian Penal Code and under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 quashed - Joint petition for divorce by mutual consent allowed - Rs. 3,000/- per month to be paid for the welfare of the son till the boy attains majority - On two consecutive defaults in making said payment, the criminal case shall stand revived.
