Dowry death - Deceased died of burn injuries in matrimonial home - Accused husband and relatives charged on the basis of the statement made by father of the deceased - Letters relied upon alleged to be written by the deceased but found not in her handwriting - Dying declaration made by the deceased not inculpating the accused - No evidence brought on record by the prosecution to establish the accusations - Hence, conviction of the accused set aside.
