Dowry death - Appeal against conviction - Dismissed by High Court - Aggrieved with, present appeal - Plea of defence that deceased was a patient of epilepsy and heart ailment and died natural death - Three persons are said to have seen the body of deceased hanging from the roof - None of them was examined to prove that deceased had not died under normal circumstances - Prosecution failed to prove that death of deceased occurred otherwise than under normal circumstances - Conviction set aside - Appeal allowed.
